  • Flu Vaccinations - NOW on 15.12.21

    The school Aged immunisation team have booked to come in to school on The morning of Wednesday 15th December to administer the Flu vaccinations

    Nasal flu vaccination are offered to all children from Reception to year 6. The Vaccination will only be given once consent has been given for your child to receive this vaccination.

  • Morrisons Its Good to Grow

    It’s Good to Grow is a token collection scheme that allows schools to collect for free gardening equipment to get kids outdoors and growing. Between 6th September and 24th October 2021 for every £10 spent in store or online at Morrisons customers will automatically receive one Grow Token to donate to your chosen school.

    You’ll need to be a MyMorrisons customer to take part so make sure you download the app and select  Keyworth Primary & Nursery school to donate your Grow Tokens to.

    Finally, don’t forget to scan your app or MyMorrisons card at checkout every time you shop to receive your Grow Tokens. Once you’ve selected a school, you’ll be able to donate your Grow Tokens to them.

    From 24th October, we will be able to redeem the Grow Tokens we have collected against a range of growing and gardening equipment for school.

  • Free Holiday Club!

    Exciting Opportunity for children who are currently entitled to Free School Meals (FSM)!

    Children aged 5-11, currently entitled to FSM based on the criteria here may be able to attend our holiday club for free over the summer!

    Windmills Childcare (overseen by Mr Cresswell and school governors) have run a very successful holiday club for several years for Keyworth families. See the attached flyer for more information about the club.

    Key information:

    • Based at Crossdale School
    • Fun and well-structured days!
    • Experienced staff - most already work at Keyworth Primary or Crossdale.
    • Free breakfast and afternoon snack.
    • For children from KPNS and Crossdale

     

    • Children must arrive between 7.30 and 8.30am
    • Parents must provide a packed lunch
    • Club finishes between 5-6pm. Parents can collect earlier

    If you would like your child to attend:

    • Complete the form here to tell us which days you would like your child to attend
    • After 19th July, we will let you know which days your child can attend the club

  • Scholarpack Parents App Update

    Previously we let you know that we would be using the Scholarpack Parents App to communicate information with you about school and your child. The App also shows information that we hold on your child to ensure everything is kept up to date.  You will be able to view your own contact details and in some cases respond to messages we send.

    A Recent update to the App will also allow you to notify us of any absences for your child, to save ringing into school to advise of illness.
