Last week, Y6 had a visit from Storyteller Mike!
We had a fantastic morning listening to some of Mike’s stories before telling stories of our own. The children were given an outline of a story and had to add all the detail themselves. They worked in groups to practise telling their stories and added actions to turn it into a performance.
Four children will be going to Round Hill Primary School in the coming week to take part in a storytelling masterclass with children from other schools across the Trust before taking part in a performance for parents and carers.
