🎄 Roald Dahl Class Christmas Round-Up 🎄
What an amazing end to the term we’ve had! Our classroom was bursting with festive cheer as we surrounded ourselves with all things Christmassy. The children were incredible and truly deserved every treat that came their way!
✨ Christmas Massive Maths Morning
We kicked off with a morning full of hands-on maths fun! The children:
- Rolled up their sleeves to make playdough candy canes
- Used shapes to design and measure presents
- Created festive pictures with shapes – think Christmas trees, presents, and even angles!
- Finished with a colourful twist by colouring by shape
It was a brilliant way to combine creativity with problem-solving – and the smiles said it all!
🎭 Pantomime Fun – Cinderella (Oh yes we did!)
We had the most fabulous time at the pantomime. The children were absolute stars – joining in with all the fun and laughter. It was a magical experience that we’ll remember for a long time!
🍿 Christmas Film & Treats
To round off the week, we snuggled up for a festive film with plenty of treats. This was a well-earned celebration for our rock star learners who have worked so hard this term.
