What a fantastic time we had on our residential trip last week! The children were brilliant and gave all the activities a good go, even if they were a bit scared or nervous. It wasn’t the best weather, especially on the Thursday, but the children didn’t moan and just got on with it.
They demonstrated really good teamwork and were supportive of each other when they felt nervous about the activities.
We took part in kayaking, crate stacking, tunnelling, archery, climbing and went on two zip wires! The children also enjoyed a camp fire and a movie in the evenings and plenty of hot chocolate to warm them up.
Thank you to Mr Davenport, Mrs Braithwaite, Mr Cresswell and Mrs King who all gave up time to be on the trip. Have a look at all of our wonderful pictures below!
