What an incredible week it has been at KPNS, filled with energy, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun. Our children threw themselves into a huge variety of sporting activities, and the smiles on their faces said it all.
We kicked things off with a full mile around the school field — a brilliant way to get everyone moving and set the tone for the days ahead. Throughout the week, the children enjoyed everything from rugby and football out in the fresh air to dancing, table tennis, and kickboxing indoors. The enthusiasm was nonstop.
To finish the week on a high, we held our obstacle race, sack race, and of course, the ever‑popular sprint. The excitement was contagious, and every child gave it their all.
A special shout‑out goes to our amazing Year 6 pupils, who entertained the whole school with their fantastic potted sports activities. Their leadership and creativity made the event truly memorable.
We also want to extend a massive thank you to our wonderful parents and guardians. Your support helped make this week extra special for the children, and we are so grateful.
Our appreciation also goes to the dedicated KPNS staff, who worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, and to our brilliant kitchen team, who taught our KS1 children all about healthy eating – complete with fruit tasting and fun learning moments.
Most importantly, we hope the children have come away understanding just how valuable it is to look after both their bodies and their minds. This week wasn’t just about sport -it was about wellbeing, confidence, and discovering the joy of staying active.
Here’s to many more weeks filled with movement, laughter, and learning.
