Maths in the Foundation Stage

In the Foundation Unit we approach maths in a very practical way through the child's own interests and within their play.

We use resources from White Rose Maths to support mathematical  learning in the Foundation Stage.

This scheme concentrates on 5 Counting Principles

    However, because the children will be seeing it a lot in the next few days, due to the 75th anniversary of VE day, we thought we would show you a way of explaining what 75 means.
