Our wintery walk

Today's focus was to explore the frosty environment around us.

Hope you are all enjoying the beautiful scenery this morning. Foundation went exploring the wintery world around us. We used lots of fantastically frosty words to describe the items we saw, including spiky, crunchy and soft. We then carried out experiments on the frozen puddles to see how much weight we could put onto them before they cracked. Afterwards we came inside to warm up and made delicious hot chocolate to warm our insides too.
