Mindfulness May!

For the whole month of May Sweet Pea class have been completing activities for 'Mindfulness May'

This month as part of 'Mindfulness May' Sweet Pea class have been taking part in mindful activities. We've taken part in meditation, yoga, talking about what we're thankful for, positives from our day, mindfulness drawing and many more! We have learnt  how to enjoy the silence and how to  calm our minds down which Sweet Pea class have thoroughly enjoyed this month!
