Doodlemaths Summer Challenge!
Doodle little and often to earn rewards! 1st July – 31st August
In these unusual times, preventing learning loss is more important than ever. We want to support you and your child in any way we can, so we’ve created our biggest DoodleMaths Summer Challenge ever and made it even easier to take part!
According to a study by the University of Bath just 20 minutes of DoodleMaths a week is scientifically proven to combat learning loss. This inspired us to launch the Summer Challenge which has prevented learning loss in thousands of children.
The Challenge is designed to prepare children for their return to school by inspiring them to continue their learning and, most importantly, to have fun. This makes taking part a fantastic way to keep children engaged and educated throughout the summer!
DoodleMaths revises tricky topics and gradually introduces new areas, so children who take part in the Challenge can catch-up and build their confidence in maths.
The goal of the Challenge is to earn 600 stars (for children born after 31/08/13) or 750 stars and a 14-day streak. This target has been carefully chosen to provide children with a challenging and rewarding experience, while also being achievable in 10 minutes a day – leaving plenty of time to enjoy the summer!
By rewarding children for Doodling ‘little and often’, the Challenge encourages children to develop healthy learning habits which can be used outside of DoodleMaths in their education as a whole.
Upon completion of the Challenge, children will receive an exclusive collectable pin badge and certificate free of charge to celebrate their hard work in the post.

What you need to do
Step 1: Log in to the Parent Dashboard and in the Summer Challenge panel, press Register next to your child’s name
Step 2: Encourage your child to earn 750 stars (or 600 if they were born after 31/08/13) and achieve a 14-day streak in DoodleMaths
Step 3: When your child has reached their goal, visit the Parent Dashboard and press Submit entry to claim their reward
