Summer 2 - Is there enough for everyone ?

Read all about what Andersen class will be up to in summer 2

Welcome back to our final term in Andersen class. We have a busy term so here is all the information below on what we will be getting up to.

This term our topic is called enough for everyone where we are going to think about the needs of a settlement, and the needs of the planet as a whole. They will find out where resource such as power and food come from, and look at ways in which natural resources can be conserved. During this topic we will be going on a trip to a farm to learn all about our topic.(See information below)

School trip - Tuesday 20th June

On the 20th June Andersen class will be taking a trip to the Echo farm to explore conserving and how we can make changes that ensure that natural resources are shared, so there is enough for everyone. This will be a full day trip, and we will be taking the coach there and back.  To help with the cost of travel it will be 5 pounds per child towards travel there and back which we would like in by the 16th June at the latest. We understand that this is quite soon, and we apologise for this, but there were issues with travel funding which was not in our control.

For the trip children will need to come in their normal clothes with their school jumper, bring  a pack lunch and water bottle.

Any question feel free to catch myself or the school office.
