Class trip to the Farm
Take a look at what Andersen class got up to at the farm.
Andersen's class took a coach trip to FarmEco today and despite the bad weather had an amazing time, making worm hotels and learning about why these are important and even making one for our school. We then went on a tour of the farm seeing some animals at work such as sheep and goats they also got to feel and take home some wool from the sheep. While on the tour of the farm, we explored some of the crops that the farm makes and look at the importance of this. After a much-needed lunch we went on a tractor tour to see some cows and more crops. The children took it on them self to then have a singsong while looking at the views. We then ended the day with some free play where the children ran around playing games.
The children have had an excellent day and behaved extremely well. Well done Andersen class!
