We are very much looking forward to our new topic this term where we will be learning all about farms and their machinery, animals and their offspring and finally how to grow plants .

So many exciting experiences are in the pipeline!

Also .... as it is 'World Book Day' next week,

The Foundation Unit are joining in and celebrating world book day too on Thursday 5^thMarch!

We have planned lots of activities around two special books but shhhhhhh they are a secret! We want to surprise the children.

All we need from you……..On Monday morning could you send in a plain white T-shirt. One that we could decorate with fabric paint. We will do the rest and help the children create their own costume ready for the celebration day on the Thursday. 

So no need to worry about dressing them up on the Thursday. Leave it to us! And watch this space to see what we create together.

If any of you have already sorted out a costume  for world book day, no need to worry, your child can still wear it if they want!  However we would still like your child to take part in the T-shirt painting so it would be good if they could do this too.
