Spring 2- events round up!

What a busy half-term!

We had a jam-packed half-term in Year 3. Here are some of the highlights from this half-term! I hope you have a well deserved Easter break with your families!

 

We met some architects who are going to be working on the cladding to our school building, which is very exciting. We learnt about sustainability, what their job entails, as well as designing our very own 'dream school'.

We took part in Easter related Maths activities and worked on symmetry and trying to solve the Easter bunny costume mystery! 

 

The Year 3's went to Beaumanor Hall and had a wonderful time away! We bonded as a group and I'm sure it's a memory they won't forget!

For World Book day we spent time listening to bedtime stories and taking part in creative activities.

 

Some of us took part in the marble run heats!
