  • Oh No! Santa is stuck up the Ch Ch Chimney!

    So Christmas has landed in the Foundation Unit but will the g g girls and b b boys get any toys?

    Santa is stuck up the chimney and all we can hear is the ch ch ch choo of his sneezing.

    The children are going to be set the challenge of finding ways to get him out of the ch ch chimney!

    So our story for the week  is "When Santa got stuck up the chimney" and as we are learning all about things you can switch on, our book has a button to press every time you want to hear Santa sneezing! Our story also doubles up as our song and rhyme for the week.

  • A Virtual 'Welcome Wednesday'!

    It seems such a long time ago since we were able to welcome the parents into school!

    We used to see some of you every week at our regular Family Friday mornings.

    They were going to turn into the new 'Welcome Wednesday's' until Covid 19 threw us a bit of an educational curve ball.

    However, yesterday the unit was so busy and the children were all so engaged in their explorations that we wanted to share it all with you. So take a photo tour with us this virtual "Welcome Wednesday'!
