Starvision Photography will be in school on Thursday 10th October to take individual photographs of the children as well as sibling groups.

All children with siblings in main school and Nursery will be photographed during the school day, but if you would like a family group photograph with children who are not school age, you are able to come in from 8.15am to the school Hall.

Reminder for Arbor and payments….

All payments for school meals, uniform, club payments, and school trips are now made on the Arbor parent Portal or App. We are also using the system to book your child into any after-school clubs.

You will see an account overview on the front page of your parent portal which will show anything you owe or are in credit with. All credits and any outstanding monies owed from school money have been added to your account.

Below is an overview of how the payments work:

School Meals – this is a top-up system (rather than booking the days your child would like a meal) where you can add credit to your child’s account which will be used as meals are taken on a daily basis. This will show in the accounts tab on the portal dashboard. This will also show a negative balance if all credit is used. Meals debits show once the lunch period has happened and will be taken off credit as meals are taken on a daily basis.

Clubs and trips – these will show under the activities tab, and you will see any available trips and clubs your child can join and whether they have a charge. Once you have booked you will be able to see registration information. This is your confirmation of a place. With paid clubs, your place is not secured until payment has been made. If you don't pay when booking there is a possibility you will lose your place.

School Shop – all available uniforms will show, so you can choose quantities and pay by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Additional Nursery Payments - additional sessions will be added by school, and payments will show if the paid session is taken by the child. The amount owed will be a minus figure until a top-up is made on the account.

You can now order your child's leavers hoodie on Eduspot, school money from the shop area (you will need to scroll down to find them). They are £17 each and will have the school logo on the front and all the children's names on the back. 

We have sample sizes in the school office for you to try on (we would recommended this) before you place your order online.

On Tuesday 6th February we will be having a themed menu to celebrate Chinese New Year.

Christmas dinner for the children will be Tuesday 19th December, if your child would like this meal then please book it by Friday 15th December , via the Eduspot school money payment site.

You will need to log in, select the meals tab and open the week commencing 18th December and book the meal on the Tuesday.

Any dietary requirements will be catered for as usual, there will be NO jacket potato option on this day.
