The school Aged immunisation team have booked to come in to school on The morning of Wednesday 15th December to administer the Flu vaccinations
Nasal flu vaccination are offered to all children from Reception to year 6. The Vaccination will only be given once consent has been given for your child to receive this vaccination.
The consent form must be completed even if you do not wish your child to have the vaccination
