Flu Vaccinations - 6th OcTOBER 2023
The school Immunisation team have booked to come in to school on The morning of Friday 6th October to administer the Flu vaccinations
Nasal flu vaccination are offered to all children from Reception to year 6. The Vaccination will only be given once consent has been given for your child to receive this vaccination.
The consent form must be completed by 29th September even if you do not wish your child to have the vaccination
