Manor Farm Park

We had a great time on our trip to Manor Farm Park. Check out the gallery for pictures of our day.

This visit was a great opportunity for us to find out more about animal groups. We were able to classify real animals into birds, reptiles, amphibians, mammals and fish, and find out whether they were herbivores, omnivores or carnivores. We saw a good mixture of each of these animals (we even saw a tank of cockroaches to tick off the insect spotting).

We got to pet a range of animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoise, hedgehog and even a snake! We then had a chance to see other animals on the farm and fed some very hungry goats.

The children behaved remarkably well and definitely represented our school positively.

Well done Team Keller Class!
