Wonder class have had a great few weeks in Art. We have been learning about different features of the coast in our Geography lessons and completed some observational drawings of shells in art. They looked closely at the patterns and texture and focussed on shading.
 

The children then created raised relief art by drawing pictures of shells onto polystyrene blocks and using rollers to paint and print onto paper - they look fantastic! 

We are now moving on to study seaside towns in the past and will be comparing them to current day.
