Safer Internet Day #freetobeme

This week as part of internet safety day the Sea Lions watched a video based on online identity. We discussed the key messages such as 'not about being scared but being prepared'. We also discussed not providing our personal details to strangers online or replying to spam emails. We spoke of being kind to everyone online as there are real people behind every screen.

We spoke about  'challenge' videos and the peer pressure that comes with this. We came up with the conclusion you do not need to do these challenges!

Remember to be smart if you're unsure just ask an adult!

To watch the video we looked at here is the link: www.bbc.com/ownit/its-personal/spoken-word-pupils?collection=your-online-identity

We also made fantastic posters and drew pictures that represented our own online identity.

Take care,
