Why not keep a feelings diary? #wellbeing Wednesday

Why not keep a feelings journal?

Hello Sea Lions,

For this week's wellbeing activity I thought it might be helpful to keep a feelings/mood journal.  Mood journals can help us think and discuss how we feel as well as focus on the positive parts of our day. It also encourages us to talk about our feelings which is really important and it can help us let go of some of the smaller problems.

At the bottom of this blog you will find a two different versions of a feelings journal and a feelings chart. If you don't have a printer why not design your own?

Oh, here's a lovely story:

I miss you all lots,

Take care,
