Bitesize lessons!

Hi turtles,

Hope you are all well and coping during these strange times.

I'm sure you have seen that the BBC have now made some excellent online classes for children during school closures. I have been looking through these and some of them are fantastic and I would recommend you have a look at them with your child. I have also added more lessons to reading eggs, mymaths and doodlemaths now that the 'Easter holidays' are finished, so lots do to if you are needing inspiration for activities!

I thought I would select some nice ones to get you started, this first one is all about making sure your child knows how amazing they are and is a wellbeing lesson promoting teamwork - a nice one to start on!

There are also some good topic related lessons that we already know lots about anyway, so this is just revision! This one is all about the Ancient Egyptians:

The solar system:

Using similes and metaphors (which your children are all great at, might be a nice one to practice!)

There is no pressure for your child to do these activities, I would just like to keep sending out ideas for different activities and resources.

I know some of you are finding it challenging to keep motivation up in these difficult times.

Let me know if there is anything you need, I can send out some more specific resources for individual children's needs and interests if you would like.

Sending love and positivity,

Miss Rayns
