Hello From Ms Garner!

Hello all,

I would like to introduce myself.

I am new to KPNS having started in September. I support with phonics and maths in KS1 in the mornings and support KS2 in the afternoons.

I am setting up a Garden Club and would love as many children and parents to get involved as possible.

Having looked at the area available there are already some vegetable beds but unfortunately during Covid they were left and now are very overgrown with weeds.

I would also like to enter the school into the RHS School Awards as I have at my previous school. This would be a great achievement for the school and a great experience for the children to be able to prepare the ground, plant seeds, look after the plants, harvest the produce and then eat some.

To be able to achieve this l need to ask for some help and this is where I am hoping that some parents will be able to offer some of their time. On Wednesday 5th of October, I will be working on the school garden and would like to request some help. If you feel that this is an area that you can help with, please complete the form below:

Also, If anyone can make a bird box, bird table, ladybird house and hedgehog house they will be a great addition to the garden area.
