Welcome to Autumn 2!
Please find attached below the curriculum map for Autumn 2 which tells you everything we will be learning about this half term.
Our history topic is Ancient Maya and we will be learning about light and shadows in science.
We will be reading a book called ‘Oh Maya Gods’ by Maz Evans if you see a copy in a charity shop or want to borrow it from the library. Next half term, we will be reading ‘The Polar Bear Explorers’ Club’ by Alex Bell if you also want to look out for a copy of that.
Homework
Children are expected to stay in the green zone for Doodle maths and Doodle spell as well as complete additional assignments when set. These are set specifically for your child and will relate to things we are learning in school.
PE
PE days are Tuesday and Wednesday (please note, this is a change from last half term). Please ensure your child has their kit in school on these days.
