The Immunisation Team will be visiting School on Monday 28th September to administer the Flu vaccine to children from Reception up to year 6.
Information on how to consent for you child to have the Flu vaccine will be sent directly from the Immunisation Team using the NHS MAVIS consent system
If you do not wish for your child to have the vaccine you must contact the team to withdraw consent
