Making sashes in Y2

This half term we have been learning all about people who changed history.

We have learnt about Rosa Parks and Emily Davison, as well as comparing them to people working to change history today, such as Greta Thunberg.

We decided on some important causes that we could help change and make a difference, such as helping the environment by stopping pollution or littering and we made our own sashes in art to support these causes. The children used collage materials to create these.
