Dear Parents and Carers,
We are delighted to inform you about an exciting learning opportunity for our Year 5 pupils.
As part of our upcoming learning around space, we will be welcoming the Wonderdome to school on Friday 6th February. The Wonderdome is an inflatable planetarium that provides children with a truly immersive and interactive experience of space, the solar system and beyond.
During the session, pupils will enter the planetarium and take part in a guided presentation that brings their science learning to life. It is always an exciting and informative experience, and children who have taken part in this in previous years have absolutely loved it.
This visit will enrich and enhance our Year 5 science curriculum, supporting children’s understanding of space in a memorable and engaging way, all within the school day.
To enable us to run this experience, the cost is £10 per child. Please make payment on Arbor or call the school office if you have any questions.
