Our art unit this half term has been focused on the work of Frida Kahlo. Frida Kahlo was a surrealist painter and often exaggerated her features in her self-portraits.
The children have been practising their self-portrait skills and all chose one of their features to exaggerate for their final portrait. They also designed a collage of some of the their favourite things for a background.
