Dear Year 4 Parents and Carers,
We are pleased to inform you that Year 4 will be taking part in an exciting educational visit to Perlethorpe, where pupils will take part in a Viking and Anglo‑Saxon Experience. This trip links directly to our current Raiders and Traders history unit and will give children a hands‑on opportunity to deepen their understanding of life in this period.
Trip details:
- Travel: Coach (Back by home depending on traffic – If late the office will send a text on the day)
- Duration: All day (children will be at the venue for the full school day)
- Day: Friday 8th of May
What your child will need to bring:
- A packed lunch (If free school meals and require a pre-made packed lunch please inform the office or myself)
- A water bottle
- Warm clothing
- Waterproof coat
- Waterproof shoes
- A sun hat if sunny weather is forecast
Cost: £15
Please make payment via Arbor by the stated deadline.
Parent Volunteers:
We will need 2 parent volunteers to support this visit. If you are available and would like to help, please let the school office know as soon as possible.
