Year 4 Roman Day
Dear Parents and Carers,
As part of our Year 4 history topic, The Romans, we are excited to be holding a Roman Day in school on Tuesday 24th November.
The day will be led by an external provider who will bring a range of costumes, artefacts and engaging activities to help bring our learning to life. Throughout the day, the children will take part in hands-on experiences designed to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Roman Britain and the impact the Romans had on our country.
Children should arrive at school at the normal time and will remain in school for the whole day. There is nothing extra that children need to bring, and school will provide lunch, so there is no need to send a packed lunch on this day.
The cost of the day will be £15, please have the paid on Arbor by the 23/11/26.
As this is an in-school event, we do not require any parent volunteers.
We are looking forward to what promises to be an exciting and memorable day of learning for the children.
Thank you for your continued support.
Yours sincerely,
Miss Armstrong
