THE FUTURE

Hey guess what

today

I’m gonna go to ma future

but

just for the day!

I jump in

Just like I would when I win

It takes me forward

I’m going in time

In a purple tunnel I go

It swishes me around

I’d break if I was a crown

 

Finally, I get to my magical future

all the wars have stopped

It’s a peaceful time

but everyone

sings a rhyme!

I walk around to see how nice it is

but I come past a house

and they are arguing!

Its’s is incredibly interesting to

See what my life become

As I walk back to ma machine thinking of all todays fun

 

I went back through the purple tunnel

And soon when to bed

“Where will I go next?” I said.

Can you imagine yourself

In a midnight wood?

In the space of a

Moonlit clearing

The stars shining down

Leaves on the ground

And

A cold summer breeze

Whistling past

Under the avenue of trees

Cracking branches over your head

Leaves falling all around

Witches fingers of the woods

Tree in an aisle in front of me

Loads

And loads

Of

Trees

Under one huge tree

The smell of the forest

All around me

Dark trees all around.
