  • Bronze Reading Success - Wow!

    We are delighted to let you know that 80% of children in R-Y6 have achieved their Bronze reading award! This reflects huge commitment from parents in supporting their children's reading at home and shows a great improvement on 2017 when only 48% achieved their Bronze awards. WOW!!!

    We are now aiming for the remaining 20% to complete  Bronze by January ready to start their Silver Award. Can we ensure over 80% children earn their Silver Award by Easter - there's a challenge!

    2018/19 KPNS Parents & Carer Survey Report

    Dear Parents and Carers,

    As you will be aware, staff and governors recently conducted the annual Parent & Carer Survey. This is part of our commitment to understand your thoughts of the school and is a useful exercise to identify what we are good at and any areas for improvement. We are delighted with the high participation of 76 responses (compared to 41 last year) which makes the data far more meaningful. As such, we’d like to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and the wealth of positive responses.

  • Christmas Massive Maths!

    The whole school took part in a "Massive Maths" morning yesterday with a Christmas theme.

    The children were mixed up between classes and it was fantastic to see the Christmas spirit and kindness shown by children interacting with older and younger children.

  • The Choir Lighting up the Square

    What a lovely way to spend the 1st of December.

    We were asked to start the celebrations in the Square at Keyworth.

    The children sang their three songs beautifully and made us all very proud.

    Thanks to everyone for their support and WELL DONE to all of the children who sang in front of a large crowd.
